Effective Date: January 02, 2025

This reservation is subject to a strictly non-refundable policy. Once the reservation fee has been paid, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including cancellations, modifications, or no-shows. This policy ensures operational consistency and quality service for all our guests.

Cancellations Due to Fortuitous Events

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Under Philippine law, a fortuitous event refers to an unexpected and unavoidable incident, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or government-mandated restrictions. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of the event and submit supporting documentation (e.g., police report, medical certificate, or government advisory) within 7 days of the incident.
We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund or rescheduling is possible.

Vehicle Malfunctions

While a vehicle malfunction is inconvenient, it generally does not qualify as a fortuitous event unless caused by unavoidable circumstances, such as a natural disaster. We encourage guests to ensure their vehicles are in good working condition before traveling. Unfortunately, a vehicle malfunction alone does not entitle you to a refund.

Host-Initiated Cancellations

In rare instances where we must cancel your booking due to maintenance issues, unforeseen property damage, or other operational challenges, we will offer a full refund, or provide alternative accommodations of equal value, subject to availability.

Agreement

By completing your booking and making the payment, you fully accept and agree to this non-refundable policy. We strongly recommend confirming your travel plans before proceeding with the payment.

This policy is designed to protect our operational integrity while maintaining fairness for all guests.
